Rira (Lila in the fansubs) is a Humanitt, serial "ZZZ". After Najica rescues her, she partners up with Najica and helps her on her missions. Like all Humanitts, she posseses superhuman speed and strength, but doesn't seem to have nearly as much durability as other Humanitts. Supposedly she has a very high learning curve, but they do give hints to this throughout the anime. (Just kinda hard to catch) She loves Najica, but more like a daughter loves her mother. Sorry to disappoint you Yuri fans out there.
