Ginji's Story
Ever cheerful and bouncy, Ginji is the "G" in Get Backers, partner (probably more appropriately called sidekick) of best friend Midou Ban. He is by no means the brains of the outfit, nor is he really the brawn. Ban is plenty clever and quite strong enough to take care of himself in a fight. In fact, Ban has needed to ride to his partner’s rescue on more than one occasion. Instead, Ginji plays the role of conscience, checking Ban's greedy and somewhat cold-hearted tendencies.

Ginji has the power to generate electricity from within his own body. Being able to control the voltage, he can use electricity to stun enemies and supply power to appliances and the like. This power also gives him the ability to summon lightning, magnetism, and a rapid-healing ability. The Mugenjou seems to have influence over Ginji’s powers, as they seem to boost whenever he’s within its boundaries. As Raitei, his powers multiply, to such an extent that his presence could be hazardous to Lower Town.

Ginji Amano is a quirky, funny dude whose partner is a clever, talented, and a money snob, Ban Midou.
They team up together to get people's lost objects with 100% success.
It saddens me that most of the jobs that they ever take and actually do very well during the process is that they never get .. or rarely anything in return. I can't imagine how these guys live.
He's a wonderful guy... his best comparison is Ban... Hah.. ^__^;
I mean... Aries+Sadge are both fire elements.. they go along just swell! :D XD

Ginji Amano was known by the Four Kings of Infinity City as Raitei. When he was joined by Ban Mido as a GetBacker, the VOLTS were separated in their own ways. He controls the power of electricity that can summon not just a thousands but MILLION volts of electricity. Technically, His high voltage powers can make him the Thunder Emperor of the Lower Town. He is the best partner to Ban not because of his Electricity, because he persuaded Ginji to leave the darkness in Infinity City or Mugenjou. He even made him Tare-kawaii-chibi-Ginji after becoming Raitei. The worst partner for Ginji is Kuroudo Akabane because he instantly kills others while they were attacking. Eventhough his powers multiply in Lower Town, this could be more hazardous to the Infinity City.
