Saiko Yuki

Youngest of the lot, Yuki is one of the end results from the government's top-secret YLPER Project, aimed to make powerful, ESP weapon. Much of her power is laid doment and only manifest occationally, as she wasn't trained into harnesting it.

Because of her past experience in the Project, she hate/fear of medicine.

Yuki is the end result of the super-secret YLPER (or ESPER) Project, which attempted to create 'Esper weapons' though the use of genetic manipulation. Selected for the AMP by Rally Cheyenne personally, Yuki is the team's 'mascot', dispatch officer and Lebia's data processing assistant.
