Robert De Vice

Roy Devise is a Tokyo Police officer, and a member of the Tokyo equivalent to a SWAT team. He is highly competent and has a number of skills relating to all aspects of police work. Later on in the series he becomes Katsumi's boyfirend and almost husband untill he died at the hads of Ganossa Maximilian.
