Not much is known about Isozaki Mana. In the anime, most of her abilities are probably never shown. In the anime she is shown launching a magic projectile attack. It is possible that Mana can control low level Lucifer Hawk, as in the anime, an army of small Lucifer hawk surround her, then she says, "send them my gift", or lines similar to that, then the Lucifer Hawk leave and attack the party the AMP organized

Isozaki Mana experienced the last war that predated the one that the AMPD fought, as an sorceress processed by the demon sword Medium. With Mana as the host, Medium laid waste to the Sorcerer Union, the force that stood against the Lucifer Hawks in that war.

Mana joins the AMP late in the series, replacing Rally as Section Chief. There is very little known about her, and her entire background is a big mystery (both to the AMP officers and to the reader. What is known is that Mana used to be a Chief Detective with the Tokyo police before being transferred to the AMP in 2028. She is a powerful sorceress (almost as powerful as Katsumi)
