The newest member of the AMP, It had taken a while for the other members to fully recognize her as a team member. She is the daughter of Master Gigelf; a powerful sorceror and Fuyuka Gigelf, a journalist who was interviewing him at the time.
Katsumi likes more of a retro feel of tokyo and has moved into an old style apartment after her old one was destroyed. She even has old movies/books? lining her shelves.
At first she used to wield a small dagger, but now she uses her father's old sword; Grospolina.
The Lucifer hawk are especially after her because she is a key to their homeworld.
Katsumi had a budding romance with Robert, another officer. Sadly, right after they were able to consumnate that love, he was killed violently.

After Robert was killed, Katsumi was turned into the host for the demon sword medium, and set out to laid waste on the only force that stood against the Lucifer Hawk - the AMPD. She was unstoppable until Kiddy deliberately let Katsumi killed her, since taking the live of those who the host charished the most is the only way that break the spell of Medium.
It took a while for Katsumi to recover from the emotional trauma, of the damage she did when under the spell, just in time for the final showdown with Garnosa's minions.

Katsumi is the primary character of Silent Mobius and as such, is usually at the center of what ever bad things are currently happening. She is the daughter of Gigelf and Fuyuka Liqueur, who were the most powerful sorcerer and sorceress of their generation. Having inherited her parent's magical talents, Katsumi puts them to good use, serving as an officer of the AMP, and defending the city of Tokyo.
Despite having a French father and a Japanese mother, Katsumi is technically an American, since she was born and grew up in Hawaii. Katsumi came to Japan to visit her mother in 2024 after Fuyuka fell ill. Several run ins with entities and the AMP followed, with the result being that Katsumi decided to stay in Tokyo, and join the AMP.
