Ruriko Ikusawa, alias Rurippe, the sniveler
Apparently, Ruriko is the perfect type of girl: pretty, intelligent, rich. But there's more to her than those traits. She's a member of the AEGIS Earth Defense Group. She holds the Gate of Life, which enables her to use the Arrow of Light and the Light of Life.
What makes her not-so-perfect is that she doubts herself pretty much often, especially when Shun told her that she 'was trying to hard'.
Back when they were little, Shun calls her Rurippe the sniveler. When Shun had to move to another neighborhood, she confessed her feelings for him but then Shun turned her down because he didn't know how to react to that.
This made Ruriko strive hard to be perfect, or if not, be the best that she could just to prove to Shun that she isn't the sniveler he thought she still was.
