A transfer student from Hong Kong who moved to Japan to be with her cousin/fiancee Shaoran. She is mean to Sakura because she thinks she's trying to 'get' Shaoran. Although she is a decendant of Clow Reed, she does not have any magical powers. She is very good at martial arts and she's not a quitter. But at the end of season 3 she broke her engagement with Shaoran knowing that he already found the girl he loves most (and that's Sakura).

Meilin forces Li to make her his fiancee. She is energetic and when little, played and trained with Li. At first, she hates Sakura but later becomes her friend.

Meilin wants to be a Card Captor like Li, whom she adores. However, when she sees Sakura and Li together capturing cards, she gets very annoyed and attempts to take Li away. She doesn't have any magic of her own.
Right before she leaves, she becomes friends with Sakura and accepts her being a Card Captor with Li.
