Description:Li transfers from Hong Kong to Sakura's school when he finds out that the clow cards how been released in that area. At first he considers Sakura a rivial for the cards. Then they become friends and a little later lovers. He saves Sakura many times during this whole journey. Proving he's point that he thinks she shouldn't be a cardcaptor. He has an anger problem and puts Sakura down alot. Him and Kero can't stand each other and Touya has tried to kill him several times. Li can be mean but he has a kind heart and this is what draws Sakura more close to him.

Shaoran Li is introduced as Sakura's rival, but several episodes later he is her friend and partner. Unlike Sakura he is not an "official" Cardcaptor, though he also has magical powers, being a descendant of Clow Reed. The original CLAMP CCS episodes say that Shaoran Li is from Hong Kong. He does visit his family there from time to time, but now lives in Tomoeda with a cousin of his mother. He rarely cracks a smile. It seems he has a fiancee named Meilin Li ( it may be one of those arranged marriages because he doesn't act like he likes her), who is always trying to show that she loves him. Meilin is in fact Shaoran's distant cousin. In addition to this curiosity, everytime Li sees Yukito he either runs away or blushes. He is attracted to Yukito's magical powers. Any casual observer can see that there exists a thread of eros-related tension between them. Although Li has a crush on Yukito, later, bit by bit, he falls for Sakura

He had a crush on yukito but becuz of his powers. then he finds out and starts falling for Sakura his Ying Fa !! of course he confessed but left with out an answer from Sakura. Meiling and Tomoyo Team up to bring them together so sakura can confess !! they do while the Void Card is being captured in the second movie !!
