Ranka

Ranka is a (Japanese Shinma). She can transform her victim's into marionette's, and usually feeds off of them. 'mind-influence'. She likes to play with people's mind's. (She has a major role in the tv and manga VPM not so much in the ova). she also have a 'servant' like muyi and yui, named Kaiha. But Ranka kills her because Kaiha attack's her, but that is what really Kaiha wanted.
