Wow. What a demented guy. Dilandau is probably one of my favorite villains of all time. He's totally bloodthirsty and maniacal, and the (Japanese) VA who did his part completely made the character. He's the leader of Zaibach's Dragonslayers, their elite Guymelef (mecha) unit. There are hints throughout the series that he has a very tortured soul...

Insanity and hatred. Though many people are merely moved at times by such emotions, Dilandau is driven by it. He is the ruthless commander with something to perpetually prove-- his own brutal strength.
His tactics and skill alone would make him a formidable opponent, but his own drive to demonstrate his power and his vengeful desires make him exceedingly dangerous.
