This character is known as a "catplayer", which is illegal. She is the mother of Aura, and often tries to manipulate characters, such as Tsukasa. She does not want him to wake up Aura, for she knows that if Aura is awakened, then Morugana may soon die.

Morganna is the voice that talks to Tsukasa. She is a sort of 'designer' of The World: She controlls the game and keeps it in order, and also is the one responsible for Tsukasa's Guardian. Aura is her daughter, and she wishes for Aura to remain asleep because when she awaklens, Morganna will essentially die. This is why she manipulated Tsukasa.
