Ruru Sanjo is Hibiki Amawa's landlady. Also the school's bookstore saleswoman. Referred to as Ba-chan by Hibiki. "She" is secretly Chieko Sannomiya's husband. Impersonated as a landlady to keep a look on Chieko and helped Hibiki realize his dream by giving him clothes to disguise as a female teacher.
