Sakibara Izumi

Izumi is the fourth member to join the Miko Council.

Izumi is into aliens, conspiracy theories and anything of paranormal nature. She seems to have an obsessive side. She seems to have an unhealthy obsession with Chika. Probably along the side of being obsessed with cute things.

She relies pieces of paper called Ofuda. And she uses them both as defense and as an attack. She'll either create a shield with them. Or she'll use to cut up enemies.
