Midou Shizuka

Shizuka is the final member to join the Miko Council.

Shizuka comes from a rich family. She is a very polite and well mannered girl. Given one of the later episodes she also likes to make sure things are done properly.

Her skill consists of using a fan to create wind to damage enemies. It's as simple as that. She waves it to make wind.
