Moka has two personality. Moka-san with the pink hair is very sweet and shy but the other Moka-san which is the vampire with white hair and red eyes is rude and will beat up anyone who gets in her way and she only comes out when the rosario around her neck is broken. In season 1, you can see that Tsukune is the only one that is able to break it. The vampire Moka is said to be the S class monster and seems to me that she is the strongest monster in the anime.
