He is a distant cousin to Tenchi and is very much like him in apperance--but not in luck. Wheather it's buttoning his shirt or getting through a typical day, Seinan can't even leave his own house without his porchroof dropping down on him for no reason. In fact, it's a complete accident that he met Amane in the first place and was soon drafted into the Galactic Space Police Force by Seto because of it.
Tenchi's harem complies of Ryoko, Aeka, Sasami, Ryo-ohki, Mioshi, Washu and Kiyone(Universe).
Sienan's harem comprises of Amane, Kinko, Neeju, Fuku, Ryoko(not the same one), the nurse of the headquarters,the Ramza Quarter, the Distractions and basically every young woman he meets since he seems to have gained Tenchi's trait of being like a magnet to women, even Mioshi's mother likes him and has a crush on his soft hair.
Although he may have the worst kind of luck in his regular life, when it comes to fighting Shank he never seems to mess up, and only seems to win against Seiryu by both his unluckiness and Seriyu's idiocy.
His BIGGEST challenge comes when Seto tells him due to his position after a fight with Shank,he must marry four girls who care for him for political reasons(though she seems to enjoy telling him this); Ryoko-Balta, Amane,Kinko,and Neeju. On his wedding day, however, the Ramza Quartet become EXTREMELY possessive and kidnap him, each wanting to marry him at once! He somehow escapes them, but then Shank wants to fighthim for revenge!
(Tenchi had a MUCH easier time with Kagato than Seina has with this mob).
