Kouyama Mitsuki is a 12 year old with only 1 year left to live...she is dedicated to completing her dream and findin Eichi too ;D
She has throat cancer, but with Takuto's help, she turns into a 16 year old girl and later becomes a singer in her 16 year old form.

Kouyama Mitsuki, 12 is battling a very deadly throat cancer, unable to sing at her full desire; cancer is tearing up her throat, and her dream. At only 12 years old Mitsuki is face to face with death. Her only wish in life is to meet her childhood friend Eichi-Kun.
Seperated from a child care facility at a young age, Mitsuki and Eichi make one last promise before his departure. The sadness dwelling in Mitsuki's heart, her sole ambition in life now turns to singing, hoping to one day be recognized on TV and finally meet Eichi-kun once more.
With cancer looming in her throat, singing becomes impossible for Mitsuki, but with the aid of Meroko and Takuto (Shinigami), she now can transform into a stunning 16 year old, and now can sing to her hearts content.
Time not on their side, the 3 work feverishly to have Mitsuki suceed, for her beloved Eichi is waiting.
Her desire and determination make her strong, will her strength be enough to fulfill that promise?
