Cobalt

Cobalt is Astro Boy's younger brother. He was created by Doctor Ochanomizu to help crate a family for the hero and has a lot of characteristics of Astro Boy. He has simular powers, and even looks like him, though his is taller and older looking. We don't really see him much but when we do, he is usually helping out Astro Boy in some way.
