Uran

Uran is Astro Boy's younger sister. Like Cobalt, she was created by Dr.Ochanomizu to help create a family for the hero and she was the youngest. Unlike her two brothers though, she has no powers except maybe to wine or act more like a boy than a girl. In one epesode, she was forced to take both Piano and Painting classes by her parents to become more lady-like, but of course nothing works out. Uran is considered the youngest of the three and offten acts that way with her childish whinning, random accusations and rash actions.
