Dr. Ochanomizu

Dr. Ochanomizu is the head leader of the ministry of science. When Dr. Temma at first wanted to create Astro Boy, he was against it, but his opinion was mainly ignored. Dr. Ochanomizu is characterized as a man with a large nose and is the one who saved Astro from the Circus. He has also became a mentor to the three robot children while also helping out with some of the stranger adventures from the series.
