The Other Fuma.
Yes, Seishiro's resemblance to Fuma is undeniable. A Dragon of Earth and the Sakurazukamori (whatever that means), this raven-master is one terrible nemesis to have. Also, there's the fact that his gender inclination remains unknown... scary. ^^;
Cool and calculating, Seishiro is Subaru's polar opposite, almost in the way Kamui and Fuma are twin stars... And yes, only Seishiro can grant Subaru's wish, much to Fuma's disdain. Oh well, you can't win them all..

A powerful medium who killed for kicks and fed dead bodies to a ever-blossoming sakura tree. Okay, Seishirou supposed to be a cold blooded killer and if you believe the rabid fangirls out there, he's a homosexual too >_< . Perhaps it was the Mild Seven cigarettes.
Alas, Seishirou didn't get much chance to showcase the full extent of his evilness. He did get to play around with Kamui a bit (who didn't?!), did the token Kekkai blasting and of course the showdown with Subaru (who grew a spine since TB days). We didn't get much chance to see him in his role as the mystic assassin.
Seishirou's death scene was one of the stupidest in anime history (ditto Hokuto's). A person with a hole through the heart should not be able to yammer for ages before they expire. His continued manipulation of Subaru's already screwed up emotions was amusing; he came across as a school bully who got kicks from destroying his prey's mental balance.
Though I like Seishirou, I am quite glad he died.

I just admire his strength and magical powers. He doesn't have any loved one to live with him. It's a pity that Subaru doesn't live with him. Overall he's a very cool and powerful character.
