Kishuu Arashi is a Ten no Ryu (Dragon of Heaven, Seal, whatever you want to call it). She is the Hidden Priestess of the Ise Shrine and holds the power of Ise inside of her.
This power comes out in the form of a sword that emerges from her right hand whenever she needs to fight.
Arashi has a cool demeanor, but socializing with the Seals in general and Arisugawa Sorata in particular has made her open up more.
